In addition to security problems, wait to get home should not be an option.

Stay in shape, grab the rope and jumping clear of the disc. Remember meIt is compact, portable and jump roping can be almost anywhere at any time. Travel from coast to coast several times a year, I learned to adapt to my environment "new", though in a big city or in Small Town, USA. Make your trip more enjoyable planning for the future. The following tips may be useful in maintaining fitness when you are away.

Jump Starter

- Starting to plan your training before departure, please call the hotel where to stay and ask if you have a fitness centeror visiting privileges for its guests in a nearby gym.

- Prepare the jump rope together with protective clothing and training shoes. Do not forget your safety! Pack very visible or reflective clothing if you plan to train in the early hours of the morning or after sunset. There is never a bad idea to pack a small light that can be clothing, a belt clip.

- Check the weather for the time you will be gone

- Using the Internetto identify walking and running clubs in the area, stay where you are. Most run
club sites that have included a range of information about training better and safer places, and valuable advice on the site.

- With your local running or walking club for suggestions of other clubs that occurs with the city that you visit may be connected;

- Identify the nearby parks, trails or track school or college andhours of operation and use;

- If you have special dietary needs, research the local restaurants and food retailers, which can provide a selection of healthy food. Unhealthy food choices should never be an excuse just because I'm not home.

Once you arrive at your destination again, what's next? Usually when I checked in the hotel when they are not too tired or too late, as I only had to lead the country. I take this opportunity to become familiar with theCommunities identify, running or walking the course and measure the distance round trip to and from the hotel. Here are some additional tips that you use when you arrive:

- Identify the stairs at the hotel. I've never been a big fan of elevators, so I often use the stairs anyway. The stairs can sometimes be an integral part of training, especially when the weather is bad or it's too late when you return to your room at the end of the day. Make sure the stairs are well litand secure. Caution and go up and down - not to run;

- Ask the concierge at the suggestion of training, he or she may be in a position to clubs, fitness trail, or walking or running special events during your stay can be proposed for the hotel, you can also use the tourist information kiosk or choose the local newspapers for events and fitness activities. Once I visited a town in north-west and found a 5K race in a nearby university. It happens to be theOpening the running for an annual event to bring awareness to the community, a program of scholarships. What I did not expect was that the event was free!

- Contact your local running or walking clubs that are near your hotel. Sometimes members of the club was set early in the morning or evening or running. Run or walk with the club members can train with a group that familiarity with the environment and can be a useful resource for fitness activities that can be heldPlace of residence;

- After arriving at work colleagues also able to offer the best places for a good workout and can give you some names of workers who are also training;

- If you drive around to highlight the training course to ensure that the area is safe for pedestrian traffic, especially during daylight hours if you plan to exercise. Normally, pedestrian traffic areas, most are the safest (parks, fitness trails, etc.)Try to avoid paths or quiet or remote areas.

Now that you have a good idea, will take place when and where the training, you can pull out your skipping rope skipping rope and start the travel program. If I'm going to exercise at the hotel or outside, I always go with a 5-10 minute warm-up routine to get started. Usually I start with some very light stretching exercises for shoulders, neck, arms, legs and back. I have to take my trunk muscles and strengthening exerciseswhen my feet. Sometimes we forget the work of the muscles of the foot as part of our routine. Although the use of techniques of skipping Fitness Program IROP are slowing down, if you do not jump properly is not difficult to disturb the guests in the room below you. That is all happy and left undisturbed for an appetizer, warm-up with 15 points, while the heel and then turn up on one leg, the foot increased in alternating direction and switch legs. Do 10-15Repetitions for each leg. When I jump rope out of the program, I'd like to do 2 or 3 flights of stairs and then a short walk. Everyone has their own way of heating. What you do is not as important as how you do it. Your warm-up should complement what you that your basic training. Always be sure to use the correct form and breathing techniques for all of your exercises.

Here are some tips to try to jump rope, jumping rope, when outside of your hotel:

- Identify a safe workoutSpot the parking lot or land. Scope of the parking lot for vehicle traffic;
